For Children and Elders

It is great fun to write especially for children. Two of my works for them are now live at Joydhak. Part of them are Posted herewith.

" “যেমন আমার বাবার বাঁ হাতের বুড়োআঙুলের গাঁট থেকে আমার জন্ম, তেমন আমার পিসে জন্মেছে আমার বাবার ডান পায়ের গোড়ালিথেকে; আর আমার মামা জন্মেছে বাবার শিড়দাঁড়ার গাঁট থেকে। পিসের নাম জেহাঙোলে আরআমার মামার নাম জেভাখুশে।” টিপুর চোখ চকচক করে উঠল, বলল, “তার মানে তোমার বাবার নাম ‘জে’, তাই তো?” জেকোদেপো হাসল হো-হো করে। তারপর বলল, “মানুষগুলোর এই দোষ। একবার কী শিখেছে দুয়ে দুয়ে চার হয়, অমনি সব কিছুর মধ্যে সেই নিয়ম খাটাবে। আর নিজেকে বুদ্ধিমান ভেবে খুশি হবে।” 

টিপুর চুপসে যাওয়া মুখটা দেখে বলল, “না গো, আমার বাবার নাম ‘জে’ নয়, ‘ফিগোরাজে’; আর তার বাবার নাম, ‘ঞাষোবেফি’; তার বাবার নাম ‘ছোমেসিঞা’;

ফের মেঘ কাটলেই ফর্সা হবে 

তো টাক ফাটিয়ে কটকটিয়ে রোদ উঠবে

তো ঘাম ঝরিয়ে গলগলিয়ে রোদ উঠবে

তো রোদ উঠলেই গুমোট হবে

বিনবিনিয়ে তিরতিরিয়ে গুমোট ছোঁবে

গুড়গুড়িয়ে রঙ চড়িয়ে মেঘলা হবে

মেঘলা হলেই ঝড় আসবে

Environmental Impact Assessment for the residential construction projects in India has been dominating the media quite pertinently for some time. I have tried to summarize the issue at Adorer Nouka. 

"প্রকল্প স্থলের আরএস/সিএস নম্বর, জে.এল নম্বর দাগ নম্বর মিলিয়ে নেওয়ার নথিপত্রর মতোই জরুরি ইপিএর ছাড়পত্রটা দেখে নেওয়া। তারপর নির্মানাপেক্ষ প্রকল্পে লগ্নি করলে দরাদরি করতে পারি রেন রেনওয়াটার হারভেস্টিং লাগু করানোর জন্য। আরও জোর দিতে পারি নির্মাণের প্রতি ধাপে/ তলায় সিঁড়ির পাশে খোলা বাগান করানোর।
